Free delivery in France for orders over €60.
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM can be shipped the same day; please email us if you require expedited shipping.
Delivery within 48 to 72 hours by post.
During promotional periods, delivery times may be longer.
The customer can choose the shipping option that best suits their needs. Shipping is from France.
- For orders within France, the customer can choose between home delivery via Colissimo with signature confirmation or delivery to a Colissimo collection point. Delivery time is approximately 24/48 hours and may vary depending on the time of year/demand volume.
- For European destinations, shipping is via Colissimo and takes approximately 3-4 days. Shipping costs are charged, with prices determined based on the destination and the package.
- For non-EU countries, French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM), or international destinations, shipping is via Colissimo with delivery times varying depending on the destination. Shipping costs are charged, with prices determined based on the destination and the package.
Secure payment
Online payment is made by the following means: by bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard) or PayPal, thanks to the secure STRIPE server, the Seller offers a fully secure online payment.
The Customer must enter their bank card number, expiry date, and the three-digit security code on the back of the card. If the payment is accepted, the Customer will be redirected to an order confirmation screen on the Website. If the payment fails, the order will not be validated by us.
Upon acceptance of the Client's payment, the Client will receive an email confirming their order, summarizing all the items ordered, the billing and delivery address, and the delivery date.
The validation of the order by the Customer and the order confirmation sent to the Customer by email by Cabane following acceptance of payment constitutes conclusion of a sales contract between the Parties and acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The Customer who has placed an order will have the option to print their invoice by logging into the Site in the order tracking area provided for this purpose.
Cabane reserves the right not to validate the order in case of existing dispute(s) with the customer, abusive or abnormal exchanges and returns.
