Free returns and exchanges with no purchase limit

HOLIDAY SEASON: No worries, for all orders placed between December 1st and 31st you have until January 15th, 2026 to make a return (exchange or refund)

Items must be returned in their original condition: new, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached . Any item returned in a non-compliant or damaged condition will not be accepted.

Exchanges or refunds must be made within 14 days of the order receipt date.

How do I return an item?

Simply send us an email to this address, and we will send you a prepaid return label to drop off at a post office or collection point.

Alternatively, you can go directly to your customer account on our website to access your orders and initiate a return. Once your return is validated, we will send you a prepaid return label.

Exchange

You must first return the item to us for exchange. Please contact us by email so we can review the exchange process.
